We will confirm the dates you have requested are available and will ask you to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Payment may be made in Euro and US Dollars and either by check or bank transfer. We are not set up to accept payments by credit card at this time.

Cancellation policy

The initial deposit is a non-refundable deposit. For the remaining balance, cancellations received 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival will be reimbursed 100%. For cancellations received with less than a 45 day notice no reimbursement will be made.

Security deposit
Liability & Insurance

We require a €1,500 deposit which will be returned to you one week after your departure.

All visitors are recommended to arrange their own holiday insurance, including medical cover as required. The owners can accept no responsibility for accidents.

The owners of the Château de Launay will not accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage of any nature whatsoever sustained to or by any person in the course of their occupation of the Château de Launay and the land belonging adjacent thereto as a result of the occupation of that property or any activity carried out in the course of such occupation wheresoever sustained, such activity and occupation being carried out at the individual's own risk.
